Monday, March 1 Announcements
School Calendar: Click Here to view the Blended Learning Schedule, which is in effect until 3/7. On 3/3, all Juniors will report to North to take the SAT, but all other students will learn remotely. Starting 3/8, all students (except for WVA students) will transition to in-person learning.
Theatre: The WNHS Theatre Department’s winter play Over the River and Through the Woods will perform from 3/4-3/6 & 3/11-3/13 at 7pm for live audiences. Tickets can be purchased at wnhstheatre.org.
Questbridge Scholarships: The Questbridge Scholars Program offers full 4-year scholarships to 45 top schools. Interested Juniors can visit questbridge.org and see their counselor as soon as possible.
Parent Prep: Registration for the Parent Prep Event from 3/3-3/6 is now open. See this flyer for more information.
Senior Photos: Senior photos need to be in to the yearbook by 3/1.
Girls Soccer: Girls interested in playing soccer next fall are invited to attend a parent & player information meeting on 3/10 at 6:30pm in the Media Center.
CCP: If you plan to take a CCP class next year, be sure that you have taken the extra steps needed to sign up. Here is the link with more information.

Mock Trial: Congrats to our mock trial team for their victory at regionals last week and advancing to the state tournament. Muna Ali won 2 best attorney awards; Anna Whiting and Jon Stowers won best witness.
Boys Volleyball: There are boys volleyball open gyms from 3/1-3/3 at 6:00pm. Anyone interested should join us!

Drama Club: There is a Drama Club meeting on 3/9 from 1:45pm to 2:30pm in the auditorium. Put on your dancing shoes and enjoy learning some musical theatre choreography with Cindy Straub!
Art & Writing Group: There is an Art and Writing Group meeting on 3/4 after school in the WLC. Everyone is welcome. Our next meeting will be on 3/18.
PSAT: PSAT scores will be available 3/8. It is important to read your score report for helpful information regarding AP course recommendations, scholarship opportunities and free Khan Academy SAT Prep!
Restaurant Fundraiser: Please join the WNHS Booster Clubs on 3/16 at either Wendy’s Maxtown or Tostadalicious Uptown. 15% of all qualifying dine in or carryout sales will support the Boosters! Just mention North Boosters or present this flyer (delivery & app orders do not apply).
Bulb Fundraiser: The Academic Boosters is hosting a Spring Flower Bulb Fundraiser until 5/15. 50% of all profits support the Boosters. Shipping begins in April and is $6 for any size order.
