Following Pete Buttigieg dropping out of the 2020 democratic candidate race, Amy Klobuchar has dropped out. While she pledges to support Biden in his bid for the presidency, Buttigeg remains silent. He instead has released a broad statement that he will do everything he can to make sure that a Democratic President is elected instead of Donald Trump. The news of both candidates dropping out comes after crushing losses and monumental wins in South Carolina Democratic Primary. Biden won the primary with 48.4% of the votes. Bernie Sanders, the runner up, had 19.9% of the votes. Only time will tell whether Biden or Bernie will win the nomination.
