Changes to Ohio Education Requirements

Although creating changes to education requirements puts limits on the freedoms of students course registrations the information they provide is needed. Creating more rigid school requirements strains the course work of students who hope to prepare for their post graduate by taking classes that prepare them for their majors. Additionally, the addition of some form of financial literacy class to Ohio education provides knowledge for real world applications. Students often do not take classes they do not have to especially if they are not weighted. By requiring some form of financial literacy schools are preparing students for life after high school. I believe that it is needed to require these classes to also ensure students sign up which will help them prepare for post graduation.
