Westerville North has officially announced the theme for the ‘2025 Prom:’ masquerade. The prom will be held April 5 at Villa Milano. “This is a brand-new theme North has never had for prom,” said Teresa Ballou. Students are encouraged to wear formal attire and a mask that complements the masquerade theme. Owen Lafon (‘26) said, “I’m excited for prom. The masquerade theme was the best option out of the choices we had.”
The event will include music, dancing, decorations, food and the crowning of prom royalty. Villa Milano will be decorated to match the masquerade theme. The school will provide music and photo booths with themed backdrops available for students.
Tickets will be available for purchase in March. The Student Council will announce ticket prices and mask guidelines soon. All juniors and seniors are invited to attend and guests are allowed with an approved guest form following school guidelines.
The Young Feminists Club’s Style Studio is offering free dress clothes, jewelry, and shoes for all students. The Young Feminists Club will be “working on the style studio on Tuesday and doing a clothes drive the last week of January,” said WNHS teacher Beth Henman. Students in need of attire for the dance can speak with Henman or visit the Style Studio through the library.
More details about the event will be shared through the Student Council, school announcements, and Warrior Student Media.
