Winter in Westerville brings array of activities

While it may be getting chilly outside, there are plenty of amazing entertainment opportunities in Westerville that will keep you warm.

Thursday, December 12 Westerville North Music will be holding a holiday concert at 7pm, featuring current choir, band and show choir members, as well as a song with alumni.

Auditions for Mamma Mia!, the spring musical at North, are Thursday December 12 after school. Audition forms and more information can be found here.

North’s competition cheer team will be hosting the Central Ohio Spirit Series on December 15 at 9am. Student admission is $5, while adult admission is $7.

Monday December 16 there will be a Drama Club meeting in the Warrior Performing Arts Center at 2:30 after school. All are welcome!

Butch Bando’s Fantasy of Lights is a holiday light display that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own car, located in Alum Creek State Park. It costs $20 per car during the week, and $30 per car Friday through Sunday. The display lasts until January 1.

The ever popular Columbus Zoo Wildlights are still on display! The show begins at 5pm, and will occur until January 1. Tickets start at $9.

Finally, Easton Town Center offers their own free holiday light display until January 1. Visits with Santa, carriage rides and more are available. Costs may vary.
