Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak across the globe, many people are finding themselves with an abundance of free time. To help fend off boredom, here are some activities than can be done at home.

  1. Have a family game night.
  2. Read a book.
  3. Learn how to cook a new meal.
  4. Head outside for a walk or run.
  5. Call a friend or family member to check up on them.
  6. Watch an old movie from childhood.
  7. Journal thoughts and experiences during this time.
  8. Write an email or letter to an old friend.

  10. Make a new playlist to listen to.
