Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak across the globe, many people are finding themselves with an abundance of free time. To help fend off boredom, here are some activities than can be done at home.
- Have a family game night.
- Read a book.
- Learn how to cook a new meal.
- Head outside for a walk or run.
- Call a friend or family member to check up on them.
- Watch an old movie from childhood.
- Journal thoughts and experiences during this time.
- Write an email or letter to an old friend.
- Do a craft(drawing, coloring, painting).
- Make a new playlist to listen to.
