Friday was the 19th anniversary of the tragedy of 9/11. This year is the 18th anniversary of Westerville’s memorial observance hosted by Westerville’s police and fire department staff. Under the circumstances of Covid-19, the event couldn’t be held in person this year. The event holders decided to film the observance of the memorial for everyone to watch virtually on Facebook.
