Otterbein students are all talking about the new and proposed idea of Campus West being built. Campus West was proposed in order to create more residential areas transforming 58 acres of planned development district to a planned urban district. Theres still a question, if this building will be happening due to Westerville’s planning managers. response that they aren’t ready to propose Otterbein’s idea to the commission yet. Campus West would be east of Cleveland Avenue along both sides of Cooper Road.
