Sports may start reopening, beginning with PGA Tour

A video call conference occurred with the White House and representatives of many major sports leagues, where they discussed how sports would be involved with the slow reopening of the United States.

According to espn.com, Trump reportedly believed that sports would be an important factor in this reopening that needed to be talked over. As more COVID-19 tests are produced, these tests are going to be made available to sports teams members, referees, coaches, and staff members, which will help to start their seasons.

The Professional Golfers’ Association, or PGA, has a tour planned to commence on June 8, and after its first four tournaments, fans will possibly be allowed to attend.

The NCAA is unsure of when its players will begin to play because of the various factors that are involved, according to CFP’s representative Bob Bowlsby.
